Our goal is to ensure our children grow through play and imagination in a safe and nurturing environment. Following these beliefs will help our children develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
When selecting a daycare, you should feel completely at ease and know that your child will be ultimately cared for by professionals you trust. Through strong parent partnerships, Early Learning Children’s Academy will meet the individual needs of each child in our daycare programs.
Enrollment at ELCA is open to children from 6 weeks through school age. Initial enrollment begins with the completion of a registration form and payment of the registration fee. Prior to the child’s first day all necessary enrollment packet forms must be returned to the center director. These forms can be obtained from the director or downloaded from the links below.

At Early Learning Children’s Academy, we recognize that choosing the best care for your child is one of the most difficult decisions you will face. We encourage families to visit our centers where they can enjoy the environment, experience our programs firsthand, and meet our energetic and caring faculty. Our goal is to provide families with a sense of security and well-being when leaving their children in our care.
At Early Learning Children’s Academy, we fill the days at our Northeast Philadelphia preschool program with brave exploration and learning. Our approach is to learn while having fun. Days start with circle time, where your preschoolers are gathered together to learn the days of the week, the months of the year, and all four seasons. These activities both teach these concepts to your child, but they will also learn how to listen and follow directions. Our teachers and curriculum also introduce them to colors, shapes, letters, and numbers. The children move around to and from various learning centers at our Northeast Philadelphia preschool. At each learning center, they practice different skills that contribute to their development in many different ways. A few of these are dramatic play and block play where they learn basic and advanced social skills. Next is art, manipulative, and library centers where they participate in activities that relate to a weekly theme. Your child will be actively engaged with both their teacher and peers throughout the day. At our preschool on Rising Sun in Northeast Philadelphia, we foster a caring and safe learning environment to prepare your child for their next huge steps in education, whether that means pre-k or kindergarten. We will help them be ready to take on the challenges at their next stages of learning.
