Enrollment Information

Enrollment at ELCA is open to children from 6 weeks through school age. Initial enrollment begins with the completion of a registration form and payment of the registration fee. Prior to the child’s first day all necessary enrollment packet forms must be returned to the center director. These forms can be obtained from the director.

About Our Rising Sun Before and After School Care Program

Early Learning Children’s Academy is proud to offer a safe and fun place for children at our before and after school day care program in Northeast Philadelphia. Located on Rising Sun Avenue, we are a convenient stop for any parent or family with a hectic schedule. We aim to support parents by giving them the peace of mind that their kids are safely making it to and from school. We also want to provide children with a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable to learn, relax, and play.

For both before school care and after school day care in Northeast Philadelphia, we have some of the best age appropriate activities for your child including computers, art activities, and board games. There are also quiet areas where children can read, work on homework, or study. All the while, they will be under our supervision as we promote positive interactions and cooperation with teachers and peers.
