Our goal is to ensure our children grow through play and imagination in a safe and nurturing environment. Following these beliefs will help our children develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
When selecting a daycare, you should feel completely at ease and know that your child will be ultimately cared for by professionals you trust. Through strong parent partnerships, Early Learning Children’s Academy will meet the individual needs of each child in our daycare programs.
Enrollment at ELCA is open to children from 6 weeks through school age. Initial enrollment begins with the completion of a registration form and payment of the registration fee. Prior to the child’s first day all necessary enrollment packet forms must be returned to the center director. These forms can be obtained from the director or downloaded from the links below.

At Early Learning Children’s Academy, we recognize that choosing the best care for your child is one of the most difficult decisions you will face. We encourage families to visit our centers where they can enjoy the environment, experience our programs firsthand, and meet our energetic and caring faculty. Our goal is to provide families with a sense of security and well-being when leaving their children in our care.

This form is only for scheduling a tour. It is not an application to sign up, and filling it out does not mean your child is enrolled.
The enrollment process is handled at the center, directly, when you meet with our director or assistant director to complete an enrollment.”
Please use the form or call one of our centers to schedule a facility tour. One of our Center Directors will reach out via email or phone to schedule a tour.
We complete tours during working hours, but times vary based on each center. During this tour, you will see ELCA educators as they interact and engage with children in all age groups. During that time, we will also explain the registration and final enrollment processes, and you’ll receive a Tour Packet with important information, such as our Curriculum, Schedule, Tuition policy, and Mission statement.
Once you decide ELCA is your child’s right environment, you’ll complete our enrollment packet. Which covers your educational expectations, your child’s medical & vaccination history, dietary restrictions, and information on your household. This must be returned to your center’s director after a tour. The registration fee must be paid when you submit a completed enrollment packet, avoiding delays in your child’s start date.
Once everything is completed, the Center’s Director will review the entire application and, if accepted, notify you, discuss tuition (your tuition and start date will be on your enrollment agreement), and provide the instructions you need to make your child’s first day successful.
Early Learning Children’s Academy is an Equal Opportunity Care Provider.
