In our Doylestown preschool program, children learn through play, stories, art, and hands on activities. Each day often starts with circle time. Teachers talk with the children about simple topics like the days of the week, seasons, letters, and numbers. It is a familiar start to the day. It also helps children practice sitting, listening, and speaking in a group.

Block play and pretend play help children learn how to work with others. They learn how to share and take turns. Art and library time connect to a weekly theme and help children follow directions step by step.
