Preschool

Exploration and learning fill the day in our preschool programs. We begin each day with circle time where we work on listening skills and following directions. During circle time, we introduce days of the week, months of the year, seasons, and weather. The children will know how to identify their names, colors, and shapes, and begin to recognize letters and numbers by the end of their time in our preschool programs. Throughout the day, the children will move in and out of learning centers. In centers such as dramatic play and block building, the children will learn social skills through play. Manipulative, library, and art centers will include activities that coordinate with our weekly themes. In all our learning centers, the children are actively engaged with their peers and teachers.
