About Our Fort Washington Before & After School Care Program
Give your child a calm start and a smooth finish to the school day. Early Learning Children’s Academy cares for students in kindergarten through 5th grade. We open at 6:30 AM, run before-school care, and welcome children again after school until 6:00 PM. We provide rides from our center to school in the morning and from school back to our center in the afternoon. We are open on school breaks, early dismissal days, and planned no-school days.
What your child can expect
Mornings feel easy. Kids arrive, hang up their bags, and settle in. We offer quiet choices like reading, drawing, and simple games. When it is time, we take them to school.
Afternoons feel relaxed. After school, children come to our center to recharge. They can play with friends, do art, build, read, or join small group activities. Pick up is simple, any time before 6:00 PM.
Transportation you can count on
We handle the trip both ways. Our staff follows a set route, checks attendance, and keeps families updated if plans change. Morning rides go from our center to school. Afternoon rides bring children back to our center.
Open when school is not
Your schedule should not fall apart because the calendar changed. We are open on school breaks, early dismissals, and planned days off. Ask for the yearly calendar so you can plan ahead.
